Gesamtkunst Werkshop is an art lab founded by Alessandra Norman and Lucas Bucholtz. Our name is a play on the German word Gesamtkunstwerk – the total work of art, or the complete synthesis of the visual arts, music, theater, and architecture.
Our current research involves the relational aesthetic at the nexus of fine art, craft, and social media.
